摘要 论文从双边市场的概念和特征入手,分析和总结了客户关系价值的现有研究成果,提出了在双边市场视角下的客户关系价值未来研究问题:双边市场客户关系及其关系价值演化机理研究;双边市场客户关系价值分析规则挖掘提取方法研究,以期对双边平台企业的决策分析和客户关系价值关联规则的挖掘提供有价值的分析思路和分析方法。 This paper starts with the concept and features of two-sided market, analyzes and summarizes the existing research results of the two-sided market customer relationship value, then points out the relevant scientific research problems in the field of the customer relationship value at the perspective of two-sided mar- ket: research on the two-sided market customer relationship and the principle of the relationship value evolu- tion; research on the mining methods of two-sided market customer relationship value analysis rules. With a view that this paper can provide some valuable ideas and methods of decision analysis and customer relationship value analysis rules mining for the tow-sided platform enterprises.
