摘要
研究结果表明棉铃虫Helicoverpaarmigera(Hübner)初羽化个体的能源储备主要为甘油酯,1日龄成虫甘油酯和糖原的含量分别为每头3.6365mg和0.3658mg,通过成虫期的取食,二者的含量分别于羽化后4d和5d达到高峰(6.5707mg和2.3500mg)。对吊飞个体的测定表明甘油酯和糖原是棉铃虫飞翔的能源物质,蛋白质含量和飞行活动无明显的相关关系。4日龄成虫在飞行磨上吊飞66h,飞翔时间37.9943h,累积飞行216.8650km。累积消耗能量218.72J,其中甘油酯占85.87%,糖原占14.13%。
The relationship between utilization of triglyceride and glycogen and sustained flight in the moths of cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera was investigated in the laboratory. It was found that the triglyceride was the main stored energy substance for flight, its content in a newly emerged individual was 36365 mg/moth, while the content of glycogen was 03658 mg/moth. With feeding sugar in adults, they increased to 65707 mg on the fourth day and 23500 mg on the fifth day, respectively. The content of protein in tethered flight moth changed negligibly, indicating irrelevant to flight activity, while there were negative correlations between the contents of triglyceride and glycogen and flight duration. The flight activities of the 4day old moths were detected for 66 h by flight mill, the moths flew 379943 h and covered a distance of 2168650 km with an energy consumption of 21872 J, in which the percentages of triglyceride and glycogen utilized were 8587% and 1413%,respectively.
