Teaching Idea and Method of "Ancient Chinese Literature" for Journalism and Mass Communication Major

在广播电视新闻专业中,《古代文学作品选》是一门具有集约特征的理论基础课,它兼有两种教育功能,即以提高人才的文化底蕴和整体素养为主的无形教育功能和以训练人才的认知、判断、表达、创造等实务能力为主的有形教育功能。为解决这门课课时少、相关配套知识欠缺等问题,在教学中,应运用拓展法、入境法、艺术归纳法、开放评价法、吟诵法等操作性强的教学技法,以培养集广博、精深、多能于一身的现代复合型传媒人才。

＂Ancient Chinese Literature＂ as fundamental theoretical course for the major of journalism and mass communication is intensive. It has two significant roles to play in the teaching of students majoring journalism and mass communication： immaterial role by promoting cultural knowledge and overall quality, and tangible role by training cognition abilities, creativity, judgement and expressive force. This course was given limited number of course hours and also lacking of prier course for professional support. So it is effective teaching method adopting such several methods as context-in, vision-out, artistic induction, and open evaluation, reciting and reading in teaching, etc.
