广西各民主党派要适应新的形势和任务的要求,继续解放思想,坚持科学发展观,进一步加强各民主党派的思想建设、组织建设、制度建设、作风建设,发挥自身优势,深入开展调查研究,不断提高参政议政能力和整体水平,为加快广西北部湾经济区建设、推动广西经济社会又好又快发展作出新贡献。

To speed up the construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi and promote the rapid economic development, all democratic parties should adapt to the new situation and tasks, continuing to emancipate the minds and adhere to the outlook of scientific development. Meanwhile, all democratic parties should further improve the construction of thought, organization, and system and working style ; they should also develop their own advantages and deeply carry out researches, and thus continuously improve their capacity and overall level of participation in policy making discussion.
