天妃以前的海洋保护神——白鹤崇和大帝赵炳

The Former Ocean God——Whire Crane Mountain and Emperor Zhao Bing

东汉赵炳,东阳人。在章安一带修道行医,在民间影响极大。死后在各地海洋河泊等处显圣。南宋时,高宗赵构南渡,累封至白鹤崇和大帝。在江南一带,凡是带有白鹤、灵康、赵侯的祠庙,都供奉赵炳,至今民间信仰极盛。史籍赵炳身世及其灵异的记载,说明他是天妃以前的海洋保护神。也是台州海洋文化的重点人物。

Zhao Bing lived in Dongyang in Dong Han Dynasty has powerfully influence for his monastic life and medicine practice. After his death, he comes to the oceans and rivers as logs. When Emperor Zhao Gou traveled to the south, Zhao Bing was presented as white crane symbol and God. In the Yangzhe River region, the temples with white crane, Lingkang, Zhao＇s statue are set for sacrificing Zhao Bing. The record of Zhao Bing has proved that he was the former ocean god and a main character of Taizhou Ocean culture.
