摘要
在研究植物源次生物质对亚洲玉米螟五龄幼虫的拒食活性中,按照改变的人工饲料配方制成饲料柱,发展出一种对饲料被取食的量直接计重的新生测方法。同时也报道了川楝素,紫雪花素和10个新克罗烷二萜化合物的活性测定结果。
To screen for antifeedant activity of botanic chemicals against the fifth instal lareae of Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenee), a new bioassay method using colume-shaped diet was developed. to direcily evaluate the eaten amount of anificial diet, With the new method, toosendanin, plumbagin and ten neo-clerodane diterpenoids were examined for their antifeedant activities and results were reported.
