New development tendencies in America and Europe are analyzed, and the concept, essence and an intercontinental energy interactive network planning of ＂ interactive smart grid＂ is proposed, the advantage and strategic key of China＇s interactive smart grid is expatiated, and suggestions on promoting innovation and development of China＇s interactive smart grid are put forward.
