摘要
兰州炼油厂第三循环水场3台水泵均存在"大马拉小车"的情况,通过节能计算得出解决方案,对4种调速方式及"高-高"与"高-低-高"2种变频器的比较,确定采用"高-高"变频调速方式更适合兰炼。工程自2005年建成运行至今,节能效果明显。
At first, the paper briefly describes the problem of "the cart is too big for the horse" in the 6kV high voltage electrical motor of the third recycling pool of Lanzhou Refinery. After calculation with 4 kinds of speed adjusting mode and comparing to the "high-high" and to the "high-low-high" frequency conversion apparatus, it was decided to use the "high- high" frequency conversion apparatus and its speed adjusting mode accordingly. It was proved by practice that the effect of energy saving has been prominence since 2005, when the project was completed.
