摘要
新疆石门水电站砂石料生产系统原设计采用天然砂砾料进行筛分生产,并进行少量破碎,不能满足整个工程的混凝土浇筑需要。对原砂石料生产系统进行重大改造,提高破碎能力。结合系统喂料口为篦条筛的具体情况,探索出采用板式给料机输送超径料、新增破碎机回破的改造办法,满足了生产要求,又节约了改造成本。
The primary design of sandstone material processing system of Shimen hydropower station adopted the sieving of natural materials with a little crashing, which could not meet the need of project construction. In order to increase crashing ability, alternation was conducted to the primary scheme. Based on concrete situation of the feed port with grate, an alteration scheme was proposed, which adopting transport large scale material by apron feeder, adding crusher to re-crashing material. It was shown by practice that the proposed alteration scheme met the need of KEY WORDS:
