On the Law Relationships of the Government and the Cooperatives

《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》规定:政府对合作社的发展负有法定的指导、扶持和服务的义务或法定的职责。随着依法治国理念的深入,政府管理观念和职能的变化,以及合作社在我国成长壮大,政府和合作社的法律关系的内容也将不断地丰富和完善,同时不断地推动我国宪政制度的发展。

The Law on Farmer Professional Cooperatives of the PR of China stipulates that the government bears, to the cooperatives, the obligation or responsibility of guiding, supporting and serving. With the deep development of the notion of managing state affairs according to law, the conversion of the conception and function of government management and growth in strength of our country＇s cooperatives, the contents of the law relationships of the government with the cooperatives will also be enriched and perfected constantly and at the same time continuously promote the development of the politics and constitutions in our country.
