摘要
一定磁场强度(0~0.6T)处理下培养的螺旋藻生长加快,于物质积累增多,由072mp/Inl增加到0.80mg/ml;多糖含量提高,由4.2%增加到5.1%.磁场处理使培养液电导率随磁场强度增加而降低,使含量随磁场强度增加而增加,有利于细胞吸收和新陈代谢。
Zarrouk-Media treated by special magenhc field (0-0.6T) accelerated the growth ofspirulina platnsis, concentl'ahon of dry matter and biosynthesis of POlysaccharide, and increasedfrom 0.72mg / ml to 0.8mg / ml and from 4.2% to 5.1%, respechvely. Media beated bymagnehc field was adVantageous tO cell absorphon and metablism because electric conduchvityreduced and NO, -- N content increased.
