尺骨冠状突骨折的诊断与手术治疗进展 被引量：8

摘要 尺骨冠状突是维持肱尺关节稳定性的主要骨性结构之一，与桡骨头共同提供前方阻挡作用，防止肘关节后脱位。单纯尺骨冠状突骨折比较少见，冠状突骨折多伴发于复杂的肘关节骨折脱位．如肘关节恐怖三联征0terrible triadof the elbow）、鹰嘴骨折肘关节后脱位（即后方孟氏骨折）、鹰嘴骨折肘关节前脱位（经鹰嘴）和内翻旋转半脱位等。以往对复杂肘关节骨折脱位的治疗重点都放在了桡骨头骨折的固定和侧副韧带的重建上，
