肱骨干骨折内固定进展 被引量：1

摘要 肱骨干骨折较多见，内固定术后存在有些问题。如肱骨下1／3骨折易造成骨不连、桡神经损伤、肱动脉损伤，开放性骨折易感染．骨缺损易造成骨不愈合等。1958年出现了AO学派，AO治疗原则解剖复位并坚强内固定。对骨折块血运影响明显，使骨折不愈合增加，坚强内固定导致的应力遮挡使再骨折发生率增高，达不到预期的促进骨折愈合的目的。
