摘要
居安思危是中国共产党治国理政的重要理念。而构建这一理念,必须坚持科学性、战略性、人民性的原则。其路径是:重在教育先行、机制约束、领导带头和实践养成。
It is an important governance idea for the CPC to stay prepared against adversities in times of peace. To build the idea, the principle of science, strategy and for the people must be adhered. Its path is putting education at first place and focusing on system restraint, cadre＇s taking the lead and practice fostering.
