摘要
以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O和Pr6O11为主要原料,采用燃烧法制备了Ce1-xPrxO2陶瓷粉体。通过对燃烧体系的研究,选取不同的燃烧体系进行反应,制备出的Ce1-xPrxO2陶瓷粉体在微观形貌上有着显著的不同。研究发现,不同燃烧体系的选取对燃烧反应的影响是复杂的,不仅提供了反应发生所需要的起始温度与介质,而且参与了燃烧反应。最后对制备出不同形貌Ce1-xPrxO2陶瓷粉体的物相进行了分析。
Ce(NOs )3 ·6H2 O and Pr6O11 were used as main raw materials, Ce1-xPrxO2 ceramic powder was prepared by combustion reaction method . Based on the research of combustion systems, different combustion systems were selecled to prepare Ce1-xPrxO2 ceramic powder various in micro - morphology. Research shows that the selecting of different combustion systems has complicated influence on combustion reaction which not only provides the initial temperature of reaction and medium, but also participation in the reaction .This paper analyzes Ce1-xPrxO2 ceramic powder with different micro- morphology.
