对上海现存的工业建筑改造项目进行了研究,对南苏州路1305号登琨艳工作室以及上海8号桥时尚创作中心进行了分析,总结了旧工业建筑获得新生的改造策略,并提出了旧工业建筑的精神特质。

The paper studies on the reconstruction program of existing industrial buildings in Shanghai, analyzes Dengkunyan studio on south Suzhou No. 1305 and fashion design center of No. 8 bridge in Shanghai, sums up some newborn reform strategy obtained old industrial buildings, and points out the spiritual features of old industrial buildings.
