摘要
分析了价值工程的作用以及建立施工方案的目的,结合工程实例,证实了价值工程在施工方案优化过程中的重要作用,并指出通过价值工程活动,可确定最节约的材料采购方案和运输方案,以及最合理的材料储备。
The paper analyzes the function of value engineering, and purpose of establishing construction scheme, proves the value engineering plays the important role in the optimum process of the construction scheme by combining with projects, and points out the most economical material purchasing scheme and transporting scheme, as well as the most reasonable material storage, by activities of value engineering.
