摘要
介绍了普光气田铁专线"透明的EPC"项目管理具体做法,分析了设计企业在EPC总承包中的优势,阐述了设计企业EPC管理技术及方法,指出了设计企业向国际工程公司转型应采取的措施和必由之路,鼓励设计企业抢占国际工程高端市场。
The paper introduces specific item management of ＂transparent EPC＂, analyzes advantages of designing industry in the EPC general contracting, states management skill and methods of EPC in designing industries. It also points out measures and ways the designing industries must be adopt in the process of transformation into the international project company, it also encourages the designing industries taking position in the high-end market of international project.
