就建筑施工企业基层工会工作目前的现状进行了简要论述,在此基础上总结出基层工会工作面临的问题,并提出了相应的几点对策,通过各种有效的方式方法充分调动人的积极性和创造性,从而促进了企业的稳步发展。

This article states briefly situation of forming localunion in construction industry and then concludes problems of this work, it also proposes several relative countermeasures. This paper transfers human＇s enthusiasm and creativity through many effective ways and thus push development of industry.
