摘要
针对目前监理投资控制的现状与不足,就工程建设施工阶段,在工程量清单计价模式下,如何增强监理企业在工程投资控制方面的能力进行了探讨,并介绍了清单计价模式下投资控制的重点,从而提高监理工程师的投资控制水平。
Aiming at the condition of the inspection over investment control, the paper explores how to improve the inspection enterprises＇ ability in controlling project investment in the list valuation model in the construction stage, and introduces main points of the investment control in the list valuation, so as to improve the investment control of the inspection engineers.
