介绍了投标报价的程序和影响投标报价的因素,提出了投标报价决策的方法,在此基础上对建筑施工企业提高自身中标能力的办法及注意事项进行了总结,从而为建筑施工企业创造更好的效益。
The process of bidding price and the influencing factors of bidding price were introduced, the method of bidding price decision was provided, and the methods of improving acceptance ability of the bid of building construction enterprise and points for attentions were summarized based on this foundation, so as to create better efficiency for building construction enterprise.
