According to the application in the He-Ning passenger dedicated railway, the paper introduces the construction features, technology and control of using centralized premixing road-mixing method in the high passenger dedicated railway construction. The practice proves that, the method shorten the construction time, reducing the construction cost and makes the construction convenient than other methods.
