共掺ZnO提高LiNbO_3晶体中Ho^(3+)分凝系数的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在Ho∶LiNbO3中掺入摩尔分数为6%的ZnO,生长(Ho,ZnO)∶LiNbO3晶体.用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法,测定了晶体不同部位Ho3+的浓度,并计算其分凝系数.共掺ZnO后,晶体中Ho3+的分凝系数由0.3提高到0.6,表明Ho3+在晶体中分布更均匀. (Ho,ZnO)∶LiNbO3 crystals were grown by doping 6% (in mole) ZnO into Ho∶LiNbO3. Concentrations of Ho3+ in different parts of the crystal were determined by ICP-AES technique, and the condensation coefficients of Ho3+ in the crystals were calculated. After co-doping of 6% ZnO, the measured condensation coefficient of Ho3+ was 0.6, comparing to 0.3 in Ho∶LiNbO3. It is shown that the homogeneity of the distribution of Ho3+ is enhanced. The machenism of the enhancement by co-doping of ZnO is discussed in this paper.
