摘要
用真空蒸镀法在金刚石表面镀覆Ti层,并经900℃扩散处理.X射线衍射分析确认在金刚石表面形成了TiC膜,利用XPS定量分析,验证了金刚石晶格中的C原子与Ti镀层之间的反应扩散模型.对于经扩散处理的镀Ti金刚石烧结体的力学性能测试表明。
A thin film of titanium carbide was obtained by vacuum evaporating of titanium. With diffusion treatment, the existence of titanium carbide was identified by X-ray diffraction analysis. Quantitative analysis was made by XPS to investigate diffusion of carbon atoms between diamond and titanium film. Mechanical properties of sintered samples indicate that the binding between diamond and binder is strengthened.
