金刚石-钛界面的扩散

DIFFUSION RESEARCH ON THE INTERFACE OF DIAMOND-TITANIUM

用真空蒸镀法在金刚石表面镀覆Ｔｉ层，并经９００℃扩散处理．Ｘ射线衍射分析确认在金刚石表面形成了ＴｉＣ膜，利用ＸＰＳ定量分析，验证了金刚石晶格中的Ｃ原子与Ｔｉ镀层之间的反应扩散模型．对于经扩散处理的镀Ｔｉ金刚石烧结体的力学性能测试表明。

A thin film of titanium carbide was obtained by vacuum evaporating of titanium. With diffusion treatment, the existence of titanium carbide was identified by X-ray diffraction analysis. Quantitative analysis was made by XPS to investigate diffusion of carbon atoms between diamond and titanium film. Mechanical properties of sintered samples indicate that the binding between diamond and binder is strengthened.
