浅谈高职人才培养模式改革的探索与创新

The Exploration and Innovation on Reform of the Talent Foster Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

人才培养模式是决定人才培养质量的关键因素之一。本文从人才培养模式的定义和内涵入手，分别讨论了模式的含义和特征，人才培养模式在整个教育过程中的地位与作用，办学模式、人才培养模式、教学模式、课程模式之间的关系等问题；最后结合我院近年来的探索与创新，分析解读了我们“工学六融合”的人才培养模式的内涵和意义。

The talent foster mode is one of the key points that decide the quality of the talents. Beginning from the definition and meaning, the paper discusses the status and function of the talent foster mode in the whole process of education and the relationship among the mode of training, talent foster, teaching and curriculum. Finally, by stating the exploration and innovation of our institute, the paper analyses the meaning and significance of the talent foster mode of cooperation between practice and learning.
