摘要
目的探讨重度支气管哮喘急性发作的治疗方案。方法回顾性分析本院近4年间48例重度哮喘急性发作患者的临床资料。结果48例经积极综合治疗均缓解出院。结论吸氧、β2受体兴奋剂雾化吸入，同时静脉滴注氨茶碱和糖皮质激素等综合治疗取得满意效果。及时发现并正确治疗并发症是治疗的重要方面。
Objective To explore the treatment plan of severe bronchial asthma patients. Methods A total of 48 severe bronchial asthma patients were retrospective analysed. Results The 48 patients were all relieved after active comprehensive treatment. Conclusion Use of comprehensive treatment such as oxygen, inhaler of bronchodilator, theophylline, glyco-crotical hormone has good effect. To discover complication in time and treat correctly were important.
