纳米级Al_2O_3孔膜的形貌及其Fe-Co合金镀层的磁性研究 被引量:6

A Study on the Structure of Alumina Film with Nanometer Diameter Pores and the Magnetic Properties of Fe Co Coating Electrodeposited in the Film

摘要 采用SEM和TEM观察了在草酸溶液中阳极氧化所形成的纳米级Al2O3孔膜的形貌和纳米级微孔的存在;用X射线衍射分析了纳米级Al2O3孔膜Fe-Co镀层的晶体结构;此外,用VSM测量了纳米级Al2O3孔膜Fe-Co镀层的磁性,并根据实验结果分析了它的垂直磁记录特性。 The porous structure of aluma film formed on aluminium anodized in oxilic acid is investigated by SEM and TEM. Micropores with diameter of nanometer appear after dissolving out a cover-layer on surface of the aluma film. In addition, X-ray diffraction is used to analyze the crystalline orientation of Fe Co coating electrodeposited in the anodic film and its magnetic propeties are measured by VSM.
