摘要
研究了从DSC相变曲线计算相变转化率和转化率对时间的一阶导数和二阶导数的样条函数方法。结果表明,用样条函数模拟DSC相变曲线可适用于各种高聚物及多重相变峰,并具有较高的精度。
Computer simulation of DSC curves of polymer phase transition was investegated by using cubic spline function. The method calculating the fraction transformed and its the first derivation or the second derivation with respect time was described. The results indicate that the method proposed in present paper is suitable for the curves of phase transition of many polymers, such as poly (ethylene terephthalate), poly (phenylene sulfide), nylon6, and their fibers. The method can overcome the shortcomings of the DSC integral program. The relative error of the intergral or the derivation was found less than 0.3%, this shows that the method is possessed of a high precision and can be applied to investegation of crystallization or meltings kinetics.
