摘要
研究了用先驱体法制备氮化硼(BN)纤维的全过程。以BCl3和(Me3Si)2NH为原料直接合成具有纺丝性能的聚硼氮烷,经纺丝、不熔化处理、高温烧结等一系列工艺处理,制得了BN纤维。纤维的平均直径36μm,连续长度60cm,拉伸强度110MPa。探讨了制备工艺过程中的一些基本规律。
A process was studied to make boron nitride(BN) ceramic fiber from polyborazinylamine served as precursor. The manufacture process included the synthesis of polyborazinylamine by BCl_3 with (Me_3Si)_2NH and melt spinning to produce precursor fibers. These fibers were cured under BCl_3 and NH_3, and were pyrolyzed to 1600 ℃ to produce h-BN fibers. The fibers have an average diameter of 36 μm, a continuous length of 60 cm and a tensile strength of 110 MPa. The basic law during the manufacture process has been studied in this paper.
