摘要
归纳了影响炭黑/聚烯烃复合材料PTC效应的诸因素,认为归根结底取决于炭黑在聚合物基体中的分散程度与分布状态及其随外部条件变化的结果,加工方法和工艺条件在很大程度上决定着制品性能的优劣。文中详细讨论了混合、成型及后处理方法与相应工艺参数对复合材料导电性能的影响,更好地了解这类材料的结构-加工-性能之间的关系、为制备更高性能的PTC材料提供了科学依据。
Various influential factors of PTC effect in carbon black/polyolefine composites are summaried. PTC properties basically depend on the degree of dispersion and state of distribution of CB particles in polymer matrices, and their changes accompanied with the changes of enviornment conditions. The processing methods determine the qualities of products to large extent. The effect of mixing, molding and post treatment on electrical conductive properties of composites are discussed in detail, which can supply scientific evidences to understand the relationship between structure processing property of this kind of materials, and to manufacture PTC materials of high qualities.
