可光和生物降解淀粉聚乙烯膜的微生物降解研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用琼脂板培养试验法、菌体蛋白量的凯氏定量测定法、二氧化碳释放量测定和经微生物培养的失重测定等方法,对含淀粉和光敏促进剂的聚乙烯膜在不同的微生物环境下的可生物降解性进行了研究。随着膜中淀粉含量的提高,膜的生物降解性提高。经光降解的膜比未经光降解的膜有更好的生物降解性,并且光降解的时间越长,膜的生物降解效果越好。微生物种类不同,对膜的降解作用有一定的差异,霉菌比细菌对膜有更强的降解作用。 A low cost degradable polyethylene film containing starch and photo-activators was prepared using anonline modificatin technique. The biodegradation of the film in different microorganism environmental was investigated via various methods such as agar plate cultivation, determination of nitrogen content of single cell protein according to Micro-Kjildahl Method, the evolution of carbon dioxide and weight loss of films inoculated with different microorganisms. Various films containing different percentage of starch all have good biodegradability. The higher the content of starch, the better the biodegradability. The photodegraded films haver better biodegradability than those that were not photodegraded, and the effect of biodegradation can be improved with the increase of photodegradation time of the films. The effect of the biodegradation of films varies with different microorganisms. The fungi have better effect of biodegradation than bacteria. In addition to starch, the other components of films such as polyethylene also display biodegradability.
