摘要 根据锅炉在化学清洗中长期存在的腐蚀及氢损伤问题,深入探讨了缓蚀剂作用机理,并研制一种适于低压工业锅炉的一种新型复合缓蚀剂.通过氢脆等一系列理化试验,证明用该缓蚀剂配制的酸洗剂在清洗锅炉设备时,除垢效果好,缓蚀效率高及抗氢脆能力强,获得用户的首肯. This article discusses deeply the functional mechanism of slow-released agent on the basis of the corrosion and hydrogen damage in chemical purgation existing for a long time. A new compound slow released agent has been made to suit low pressure industrial boiler. Through a series of physical and chemical experiments as hydrogen brittleness,it has been proved that the mordant made of this new slow-released agent is good at contaminant release,slow-release and anti-brittleness. It wins the praise from custmers.
