摘要
对于气门热挤压制坯的变形过程,首先在稳态分析的基础上,采用修正的序列二次规划法(SQP)进行优化计算。然后对优化得到的最佳凹模型腔轮廓进行非稳态分析,模拟气门挤压制坯的成形过程。该方法对其它成形工艺及模具的优化设计具有重要的参考价值。
To the process of hot extrusion of the valve,the updated sequential quadratic programming(SQP)method has been adopted to the optimum calculation based on the rigidviscoplastic FEM for steady metal forming.The analysis for unstedy metal forming has been proceeded to simulate the process on the die curve acquired from optimum calculation.The method can be referenced by other forming process.
