摘要
在Dy-β-SiAlON组份中,分别以Sm3+和Y3+部分取代Dy3+,观察混合稀土添加剂对致密化行为、显微结构和力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,以Sm3+取代Dy3+有助于材料的致密化和力学性能的提高,而以Y3+取代Dy3+则没有明显的效果.研究中还发现,稀土元素Sm3+的加入,有助于抑制β’晶粒生长.
The effects of mixed rare earth oxides on densification, microstructure and mechanical properties Dy-β-SiAlON ceramics were investigated. It was found that the densities and mechanical properties were improved while Dy'+ was half replaced by Sm3+, but there was no such effect found while replaced by Y3+. It was also observed that the growth of β-SiAlON grains was restrained while Sm2O3 was added.
