摘要
用分光光度法测定了3种普洱茶及浸出液中微量元素锰的含量,结果表明普洱茶中锰含量较为丰富。
The trace manganese containing in three kinds of Purer tea and their infusions were determinted by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the manganese in Pu＇er tea were abundant.
