摘要
对27种辛香料植物的分布、品种类别及化学成分进行了相关分析,从而为其资源的开发应用提供相关理论依据。
The sorts of species distribution and chemical composition of fragrant plants were in details reviewed. The raw materials of fragrant plants were also used in food and drug because of their savory,antioxidation and antimicrobes activities.
