甘肃生态环境复杂多样,孕育了丰富的药用植物资源和大量独特的地道药材,中药材资源、产量均居全国前列。但由于投入严重不足、科技力量薄弱、研发能力较低、产品质量不高、开发保护和基地建设滞后等原因,资源优势没有形成产业优势。只有通过加大管理和保护力度,稳定和丰富中药材资源;加大扶持、服务、技术公关和资金投入力度,推进规范化种植和基地建设,促进中草药规模化、产业化;加强地道中药材原产地保护,提升甘肃中药材产业竞争力,实现甘肃药用植物资源的永续利用和可持续发展。

The complex and multiplex Entironment in Gansu Province have cultivated abundant resources of medicinal plants and unique Chinese medicinal materials what its resources and yields are ahead of the other province in China. However, its advantage of resources haven＇t formed industrial advantage because of the causes what high lack of financing, feeble strength of science and technology, very low ability of study and exploitation,deficient product quality,lag of exploitation and protection and base construction, etc. Through intensifying supervision and protection to stabilize and enrich the resources of medicinal plants; enhancing the degree of support, service, technic studying intensively and financing to push standardizing growth and base construction and promote industrialization of resources of medicinal plants; strengthening the protection of original producing area of unique Chinese medicinal materiais to upgrade its competition force of industry and realize continuous use and sustainable development of resources of medicinal plants in Gansu province.
