摘要
目的:通过2种粘结剂处理纵折牙根进行粘结后再植术,了解不同黏结剂对后牙纵折愈合类型的影响。方法:3只Beagle犬的前磨牙48个牙根,分成3组,分别用Clearfil SE Bond(CE组,n=18)和SuperBond C&B(SE组,n=18)进行粘结后再植,与正常牙根再植组(CC组,n=12)进行对照。术后16周处死动物,采集牙根-牙槽骨标本,按照"8等分法"和Andreasen愈合标准,记录各位点组织愈合情况,按有利愈合和不利愈合分类量化各组组织学愈合类型,并对各组牙根余留半径长按照0~4级评分,比较有效愈合率和余留牙根半径。结果:CE、SE、CC三组有效愈合率分别为:51%、31%、59%。余留半径评分分别为:3.38、2.47、3.59。CE组比SE组更能有效促进纵折牙根的愈合。结论:Clearfil SE BondAP-X粘结系统能有效降低炎症性吸收和置换性吸收的发生率,提高后牙纵折粘结后再植术的手术成功率。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to study the healing effect of histological favorable of 2 bonding material for the vertically fractured roots.To investigate the methods of improving the healing effect of Bonding Therapy & Intentional Replantation. Method: 48 premolar roots obtained from 3 Beagle dogs were selected, and were divided into 3 groups using different treatment (Clearfil SE Bond AP-X (CE Group, n=18), SuperBond C&B (SE Group, n=18)and Negative Control Group (CC Group, n=12)as randomly and controlled. Bonding Therapy & Intentional Replantation were done and the roots were replanted to original alveolar sockets.The specimens were used to make root ground section at 16 weeks after replantation.The root ground sections were evaluated for healing underwent optical sectioning microscopy to observe the condition of sorption and analyze in results the favorable healing and unfavorable healing according to histological evaluation. A starshaped shape with eight radii was marked on a coverslip and appeared into the eyepiece of a light microscope. The histomorphometric analysis was based upon the topographical method suggested by Andreasen. In addition, residual root mass was also measured to determined the extent of root structure loss for each treatment method and scored by 0-4. The favorable healing score and residual root mass were evaluated. Result.. The outcome of 16 weeks shows that, the difference was obviously and statistically significant. The favorable healing score of 3 group were respectively 51%,31%,59%. residual root mass score of 3 group were respectively: 3.38,2.47,3.59 .Roots treated with Clearfil SE Bond AP-X also resulted in significantly less loss due to resorption compared to those roots treated with SuperBond C&B. Conclusion: The results suggested that the treatment of vertical root fracture using Clearfil SE Bond AP-X has good prognostic possibilities.
