OPG及RANKL在牙科领域的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 护骨素、破骨细胞核因子κB受体活化因子配基系统直接参与骨的代谢调节,在牙的萌出及牙槽骨改建过程中发挥重要作用。破骨细胞核因子κB受体活化因子配基通过与RANK结合诱导破骨细胞前体细胞向破骨细胞分化、增殖,加速骨的吸收。护骨素则通过竞争性与破骨细胞分化因子结合抑制RANK的作用。对上述两因子的研究有利于理解牙齿萌出及牙槽骨改建机制,并可为牙周、正畸及种植外科的治疗提供有益的思路。
