Summary on filling construction for cofferdam of Nuozadu Hydropower Station

糯扎渡水电站围堰是大坝坝体的一部分,其结构体型复杂,堰体填筑料品种多,施工工艺和质量要求高,施工场地地形复杂,施工道路布置困难,施工强度大、工期紧。为了确保堰体质量,在围堰填筑施工之前,施工单位进行了7场次生产性碾压试验,对设计提出的碾压参数进行检验,确定了各填筑材料施工工艺和参数,并根据具体情况制定了与工程相适应的施工工艺流程和主要施工方法。

The cofferdam of Nuozadu hydropower station is a part of the dam body and it is characterized as complicated structure,multiple kinds of filling materials,high requirement of construction technology and quality,complicated construction landform,difficult arrangement of construction roads,high construction intensity and short construction period.In order to guarantee the cofferdam body quality,before the cofferdam filling,the construction unit carried out 7 times productive rolling tests,checked the design rolling parameters,determined construction technology and parameters for various filling materials,and developed correspondent construction process and main construction methods according to practical condition.
