摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从八角茴香中提取挥发性成分中的油相成分,用乙醚作为溶剂从蒸馏残液中萃取挥发性成分中的水溶性物质,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析二者的化学成分并进行比较。八角茴香挥发性成分的油相部分经鉴定确认了42种成分,占油相部分总量的91.801%,主要成分为反式茴香脑(75.588%)、草蒿脑(7.781%)、大茴香醛(2.180%);水溶性部分经鉴定确认了25种成分,占水溶性部分总量的74.735%,主要成分为大茴香醛(48.402%)、对甲氧基苯基丙酮(13.554%)、大茴香酸(3.916%)。
The oil fractions in volatile constituents were extracted from Star-anise by steam distillation, ether was used as solvent to extract the water-soluble fractions. Both oil fraction and water-soluble fraction were analyzed by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method. The results showed that 42 compounds that were 91. 801% of the oil fraction were identified and 25 compounds that were 74.735% of the watersoluble fraction were identified. The major constituents in oil fraction were trans-p-propenyl-anisole (75. 588% ), followed by p-allylanisole (7. 781% ) and p-anisaldehyde (2. 180% ). The major constituents in water-soluble fraction were p-anisaldehyde (48. 402% ), p-acetonylanisole ( 13. 554% ) and p-anisic acid (3. 916% ).
