宁夏栽培秦艽中龙胆苦苷含量的影响因素研究

Investigation on Effect Factors of Content Gentiopicroside in Ningxia's Cultivated Qinjiao

[目的]考察生态及人工因素对宁夏栽培秦艽中龙胆苦苷含量的影响,为评价栽培秦艽的质量、开发利用当地秦艽资源和确保人工种植的品质提供科学依据。[方法]采用PR-HPLC测定秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量。[结果]产地、生长年限、采收季节、肥料类型及施肥水平等因素对宁夏栽培秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量都产生影响。[结论]宁夏隆德适合大面积种植秦艽;在秋季采收3年生秦艽为宜;单一使用草木灰和复合使用尿素、磷肥为5.0、20.0 kg/hm2栽培秦艽时,龙胆苦苷的含量最高。

[ Objective ] The study aimed to investigate the effects of ecological and artificial factors on the content of gentiopicroside in Ningxia＇s cultivated Qinjiao. [ Method] The content of gentiopicroside in cultivated Qinjiao was determined by PR- HPLC method. [ Result] The factors such as origin, growth period, harvesting season, types of fertilizer, fertilizer level and so on are all effects of the gentiopicroside content in Ningxia＇ s cultivated Qinjiao. [ Conclusion] Longde in Ningxia is suitable to plant Qinjiao in a large area, the collection season is better in autumn. Gentiopicroside content in cultivated Qinjiao is highest when only uses plant ash or mixed use carbamide and when phosphate fertilizer amounts are 5.0 and 20.0 kg/hm^2.
