Studies on Types of Land Development and Consolidation Project in Chongqing

以重庆市自然条件、社会经济条件、土地利用特点及土地开发整理的实践为基础,调查分析影响重庆市土地开发整理的主要因素,采用归类和叠加的方法,将重庆市划分为2个一级工程类型区和6个二级工程类型区,并分析了二级工程类型区工程模式特征。

To analysis the main factors that affect the land development and consolidation in Chongqing on the basis of the nature condition, social economic conditions, land utilization characteristics and the practices of the land development and consolidation. Then the project areas are divided into 2 first-class types of project areas and 6 second-class types of project areas in Chongqing City by means of classification and superposition methods. Furthermore, the paper systematically analyses the characteristics of the second-class types of project areas.
