Managing Mode Innovation for the New Rural Area:Managed by the Talented People and the Study

我国正在大力建设社会主义新农村,在这样的新农村建设大背景下,要求构造一种低成本、高效率的农村治理模式。本文描述了我国目前的农村治理模式下的一些特点,并且对温州龙湾沧河村的建立在村集体经济组织基础上的能人治理进行研究,研究了沧河村这种治理方式的创新成果以及利弊,以期找到一种新型的农村治理模式。

China is making a great effort to construct the socialist new countryside. Under this context, it is necessary to create a managing mode for rural area with low-cost and high efficiency feature. The study describes some characteristics of the current management mode and makes a research on the Canghe Village in Wenzhou City based on the collective economy and managed by the talented people. It researches the results and advantages and disadvantages of this management in order to find a new managing mode for rural area.
