介绍了NMVCS产生的背景,参与的主体、组织形式、以及其运作的流程。从历史原因、地理位置以及企业自身特点等方面分析了我国中西部地区中小企业获得资金支持所存在的障碍。进而从NMVCS中获得启示,如何解决我国中西部地区中小企业融资困难的问题。

This study mainly introduces the background of NMVCS plan, participation main body, organization form and its operation process. It shows the existing problems of fund support for minor enterprises in midwest China in terms of historical reason, geographical position as well as enterprise own characteristic. Hence, according to NMVCS plan there will be some enlightenment which may give solutions for enterprise financing in midwest areas.
