脉冲射频对神经性疼痛的镇痛作用及其机制的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 神经性疼痛,或称神经源性疼痛(neurogenic pain)或神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain),是由外周或中枢神经系统损伤或疾病引起的疼痛综合征,是临床最常见的慢性疼痛之一,通常表现为自发疼痛、痛觉过敏和诱发疼痛,但此类疼痛对机体并无保护作用,且常规镇痛疗效不理想。
