高分辨率魔角旋转(HR MAS)技术的发展将核磁共振(NMR)应用到半固体、溶胀体系、悬浮体系和粘稠液体。它使这些样品的信号增强、分辨率提高,得到的谱图可以和液体样品的NMR谱相比,可以方便和准确地对谱峰进行指认,提供丰富的分子组成和结构信息。
The new nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) method based on high-resolution magic-angle spinning (HR MAS) technology has made it possible to study semisolid, swollen and suspended matter and viscolloids. The application of HR MAS NMR technology can enhance signal strength and improve resolution of sample images. The spectrum obtained is similar to that from the sample in solution, enabling accurate recognition of characteristic spectral peaks and acquisition of abundant structural and conformational information about sample molecules.
