弯曲木构件尺寸稳定性影响因子的研究 被引量:2

Factors of effecting dimensional stability of curving wooden-samples

摘要 为控制弯曲木构件的形变,探索影响弯曲木构件尺寸稳定性的因子及其影响规律,以橡胶木为试验材料,通过水热处理方法软化木材并利用弯曲模具制造弯曲木构件,分析陈放时间、试件终含水率、100℃高温处理时间及浸水时间对试件尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:各因子均对试件的尺寸稳定性有一定影响,其中浸水时间对试件尺寸稳定性的影响最大,100℃高温处理2 h内弯曲木构件尺寸稳定性的波动较大;试件的最佳陈放时间为2 h,最佳终含水率为9.8%。 Studying on the dimensional stability of curving wooden-samples, probing the factors of effecting dimensional stability of curving wooden-samples and their influencing laws aims to control the dimensional change of curving wooden- samples and promote development of curving furniture. The rubber wood samples were softened by boiling water and were bent for making curved molds in the test. Some factors including aging time, final moisture content of samples, treatment time at 100℃ and soaking time in water which influenced the dimensional stability of curving samples were investigated. Test results showed that all of the factors affected the dimensional stability of curving samples, and soaking time in water was the most significant. In the treatment time of temperature 100℃ process, the change of sample chords was bigger in the time of 0-2 h than that of other time. The suitable aging time and the final moisture content were 2 h and 9.8% , respectively.
