摘要
符样率是制约印染加工效率和效益的重要因素。通过分析实验室条件下影响涤棉织物符样的工艺因素,加强对半成品质量、轧料、烘干和汽蒸等因素的控制,可以缩小大小样色光差异,提高符样率。
Coincidence efficiency is the key factor in dyeing and printing process. The technique conditions, which affecting coincidence efficiency of polyester/cotton fabric in sampling were analyzed. The color difference between trial and bulk samples can be minimized by controlling the quality of the semi-products, mangling, drying and steaming conditions.
