摘要
用毛细管流变仪测试了赛隆陶瓷注射成型用喂料在不同温度、不同剪切应变速率下的黏度,对喂料的流变性能进行了研究,分析了黏度对剪切应变速率和温度的敏感性,研究了注射温度对成型坯体的质量影响。结果表明:该喂料在高温下具有非牛顿假塑性流变行为,具有良好的充模性,在不同温度下的非牛顿指数n值皆小于1;在130℃时喂料的n值最小,为0.393 2,流变稳定性最好,所以注射成型坯体的质量最好。
The viscosities of the feedstock using for Sialon ceramic injection molding at different temperatures and the rates of shear strain were investigated by capillary rheometer. The rheological property of the feedstock was analyzed. The sensitivity of the viscosity on the rate of shear strain and the temperature was studied, the effect of injection temperature on the quality of green parts was also discussed. The results show that the feedstock showed non-Newtonian pseudoplastic rheological behavior at high temperatures, and had good moldability. The non- Newtonian index (n) at different temperatures was determined to be less than 1. The minimal n value of feedstock was 0. 393 2 at 130 ℃, and the best injection molding quality and the rheological stability could be obtained.
